titleOfInvention | Preparation method of molecular engram composite film for separating tryptophane isomer |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a molecular engram composite film for separating a tryptophane isomer, which comprises the following steps: by using a polyvinylidene fluoride/polyvinyl alcohol blended film as the base film, coating chitosan used as a functional polymer molecular engram coating liquid on the surface of the base film in a crosslinking manner; and after the solvent is volatilized to dryness, eluting to remove template molecules, thus obtaining the molecular engram composite film capable of performing specific recognition on the template molecules. The composite film prepared by the method can continuously and fast realize the separation of a tryptophane isomer, has the advantages of simple separation operation, high efficiency and energy saving, and can be easily industrialized. |
