titleOfInvention Streptomyces sp., indole sesquiterpenoids, and preparation method and application of indole sesquiterpenoids to preparation of antibacterial and antitumor medicament
abstract The invention discloses streptomyces sp. indole sesquiterpenoids, and a preparation method and application of the indole sesquiterpenoids to preparation of an antibacterial and antitumor medicament. The streptomyces sp. SCSIO 02999 can generate dixiamycin A, dixiamycin B, oxiamycin, chloroxiamycine and xiamycin A, which have antibacterial activities and certain antibacterial effects and can be used for preparing an antibacterial medicament; furthermore, the dixiamycin A has cytotoxic activity on human breast carcinoma cells MCF 7, and the xiamycin A has cytotoxic activity on human glioma SF268, so that the dixiamycin A, the dixiamycin B, the oxiamycin, the chloroxiamycine and the xiamycin A can be used for preparing the antibacterial medicament. Therefore, the invention provides a novel method for the production and preparation of the dixiamycin A, the dixiamycin B, the oxiamycin, the chloroxiamycine and the xiamycin A, which have antibacterial and antitumor activities, and provides ideal candidate compounds for developing an efficient and low-toxicity antibacterial and antitumor medicament.
