titleOfInvention Method for producing liquid water-soluble carbon fertilizer with high-concentration organic waste water
abstract The invention discloses a method for producing a liquid water-soluble carbon fertilizer with high-concentration organic waste water and relates to a method for recycling organic waste water. The method comprises the following steps: inputting concentrated nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide from the bottom of a stirring tank which holds high-concentration organic wasted water with a water content of 50-60% and an organic matter content of 20-25% and actuating a stirring paddle which is arranged in the stirring tank, and stirring for 45-60 min to enable the organic macromolecule clusters in the waste water to be rapidly split by strong oxidation into micromolecule clusters; guiding the foams generated by the liquid materials in the stirring tank during the stirring process into a defoaming pool for natural defoaming, and discharging the resulting clear liquid into a heat-dissipation liquid storage tank; discharging the volume-stable hot clear liquid derived from most of the liquid materials in the stirring tank after the stirring operation is completed and the foams disappear into the heat-dissipation liquid storage tank; naturally cooling the hot clear liquid in the heat-dissipation liquid storage tank to produce a liquid water-soluble carbon fertilizer which is completely soluble in water, has strong dispersion and penetration properties and contains 131-171 g/L of carbon. The liquid water-soluble carbon fertilizer is applied to irrigating and rinsing of farm crops or mixed with other inorganic nutrients for pipeline transportation, drip irrigation and spray-application.
