abstract The invention discloses a flue gas desulfurization process and a device adopting acetylene sludge-gypsum method. The process comprises the following steps that acetylene sludge is utilized as a desulfurizing agent to carry out wet desulphurization to fuel gas to obtain pure smoke; the process in characterized in that the acetylene sludge is subjected to pulping so as to obtain an acetylene sludge solution, part of clean smoke is agitated into the acetylene sludge solution to carry out bubbling reaction, the acetylene sludge is preprocessed, and the acetylene sludge solution after preprocessing is utilized as the desulfurizing agent to carry out spraying desulfuration through rotational flow separation edulcoration. The device comprises an absorption tower, a circulating pump, a chimney and an outlet smoke channel arranged between the absorption tower and the chimney, as well as a serous fluid preprocessing tank which is internally provided with a bubbling layer and a rotational flow separating device which is connected with the serous fluid preprocessing tank and the inlet of the circulating pump, wherein the bubbling layer is communicated with the outlet smoke channel. According to the invention, the smoke after purification is preprocessed through the acetylene sludge, the quality of the desulfurization gypsum is improved, and the industrial cost is low.
