abstract | The invention discloses mesoporous calcium silicon gel and a preparation method and the application thereof. The specific surface area of the material is 257.8m<2>-485.6m<2>/g, the average pore diameter is 3.97nm-35nm, and the pore volume is 0.48cm<3>/g-1.43cm<3>/g. The preparation method of the mesoporous calcium silicon gel includes dissolving a structure-directing agent and a chambering agent into water, heating and stirring the agents in a water bath with pH ranging from 1 to 3, adding a calcium source, a silicon source and a phosphorus source, adjusting pH value of reaction liquid to be 9-13, placing the mixture statically under the temperature of 80-100 DEG C for 12-48 hours to obtain precipitate, washing the precipitate till the pH value is 7-7.2, drying the mixture under the temperature of 80-100 DEG C for 48-72 hours and roasting the mixture under the temperature of 550 DEG C-770 DEG C for 2-8 hours to obtain a finished product. A mesoporous calcium silicon gel composite is further disclosed. The composite can well adsorb and release biological activity factors, has good cell compatibility and is capable of effectively promoting cell proliferation. |
