The preparation method for the Chinese medicinal preparation comprises the following steps of: weighing raw materials, and soaking in distilled water; heating in an electric furnace, cooling, and filtering; performing micro boiling on the filter residue, cooling and filtering; and combining the filtrates twice, heating, concentrating, filtering with filter paper, setting the volume, and thus obtaining lotion. The Chinese medicinal preparation for treating the cutaneous pruritus caused by jaundice of blood stasis and blood heat, belongs to Chinese foreign rules, can straightly reach the sick part, plays a local direct treatment role through mechanisms of penetrating striae and interstitial space, smoothing channels, regulating qi and blood, eliminating pathogens, strengthening body resistance and the like, and can penetrate into viscera through interstices of the flesh and hair to play a role in internal and external treatment.
