The pig-fattening compound feed comprises, by weight, 400-650 parts of corns, 70-130 parts of bean pulp of 46%, 50-210 parts of bran, 70-210 parts of alfalfa meal, 1-5 parts of alfalfa saponins, 5-20 parts of premix, 15-35 parts of soybean oil, 2-5 parts of salt and 5-15 parts of calcium hydrophosphate. The preparation method comprises a step of crushing, a step of mixing and a step of pelleting. The pig-fattening compound feed has the advantages that the nutrition requirements of pigs at a fattening stage can be met well, production performance and carcass quality of the fattening pigs are improved by adding a certain proportion of alfalfa meal and alfalfa saponins and enabling the alfalfa meal and the alfalfa saponins to interact, Chinese herbal medicine additives are added simultaneously, and immunity and survival rate of the fattening pigs are improved.
