abstract | The invention discloses an energy storage photoelectric organic solar cell and a preparation method of the energy storage photoelectric organic solar cell. The solar cell sequentially comprises a top conductive glass substrate (1), a CuPc energy storage layer (2), a first electrolyte layer (3), a diaphragm (4), a second electrolyte layer (5), an energy storage layer (6) and a bottom conductive glass substrate (7) from top to bottom, wherein the CuPc energy storage layer (2) is formed by evaporating CuPc on a conductive surface of the top conductive glass substrate (1) and spraying an energy storage material; the mass ratio of the CuPc to the energy storage material is 5:(10-24); and the energy storage layer (6) is an energy storage layer (6) which is formed by depositing Al on a conductive surface of the bottom conductive glass substrate (7) and spraying or depositing the energy storage material. An energy storage device is not required to be added, dual functions of converting light energy into electric energy and storing the electric energy are integrated in the same structure, and the energy storage photoelectric organic solar cell has the function of charging non-light energy. |
