abstract | The invention relates to an optical cemented component manufacturing method which comprises the following steps of: after plating a chromium film on an optical glass base material in vacuum, making patterns for more than one optical element on the optical glass base material with a corrosion method, washing and cementing the optical glass base material, and cutting the optical glass base material into pieces; and then, processing and polishing excircles, and processing into optical cemented components. The corrosion method comprises the following steps of: (S1) plating the a chromium film layer on the optical glass in vacuum; (S2) coating photoresist on the product obtained in the step (S1) to cover the chromium film layer; (S3) attaching the prepared optical element master plate to the product obtained in the step (S2), and exposing the optical element master plate and the product in a exposure machine; (S4) putting the exposed product into a developing liquid to develop; and (S5) putting the developed product into a corrosive liquid, and making a base plate with more than one optical element pattern after corrosion. With the above technical scheme, the purpose of producing optical cemented components in batches is achieved, and the labor productivity and the product quality are significantly increased. |
