abstract The invention relates to a high temperature resistance coating material for a vehicle spline, and a preparation method thereof, and provides a high temperature resistance coating material for a vehicle spline so as to solve a problem of poor binding strength between a coating material for vehicle spline and a metal during a use process in the prior art, wherein the high temperature resistance coating material for the vehicle spline can be directly coated. The high temperature resistance coating material concretely comprises, by weight, 35-50 parts of a bisphenol A type epoxy resin, 15-20 parts of acetone, 10-15 parts of xylene, 2-10 parts of silica sol, 2-9 parts of talc powder, 3-8 parts of titanium dioxide, 1-5 parts of carbon nano-tube, 4-9 parts of an anti-wear agent, and 10-20 parts of a curing agent. The high temperature resistance coating material for the vehicle spline in the present invention has characteristics of good adhesion, high heat resistance and high abrasion resistance so as to well reduce influence on the vehicle spline due to friction.
