titleOfInvention Preparation method of water-based wood lacquer polishing agent
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a water-based wood lacquer polishing agent. The polishing agent comprises components of stearic acid salt, dispersant, wetting agent and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a powdery water-based wood lacquer polishing agent stearic acid salt; dispersing the powdery stearic acid salt in water by the dispersant and wetting agent to prepare a dispersion, wherein additive amount of the dispersant is 2-5wt% of the powdery stearic acid salt, and additive amount of the wetting agent is 5-10wt% of the powdery stearic acid salt; crushing the prepared stearic acid salt to a power with a certain particle size; and dispersing the stearic acid salt in water by an emulsifying dispersion technology to form a stable and homogeneous dispersion. The polishing agent prepared by the method has good compatibility and dispersivity, and can give full play to the role of the wood lacquer polishing agent.
