abstract | The invention relates to a micro nano topological intelligent film with good biocompatibility and a method for preparing the micro nano topological intelligent film. The method for preparing the micro nano topological intelligent film is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) preparation of micro nano topological polystyrene film; (2) oxidation pretreatment of polystyrene film; (3) preparation of temperature-sensitive carboxylation surface; (4) preparation of galactosyl ligand (L-NH2); and (5) saccharification modification of micro nano topological intelligent film. Compared with the traditional micro nano topological intelligent film, the film fully utilizes the advantages of two materials of the temperature-sensitive hepatocytes culture scaffolding material and the micro nano topological intelligent film, and draws the strong points of others to make up for own weak points, so that the material surface has good biocompatibility and a micro nano topological structure which is extremely similar to the cell growing environment in the body. Moreover, the method is simple and convenient, short in preparation time period, and mild in experimental conditions. |
