In-vitro experiments prove that the compound can significantly inhibit the activity of SYK kinase. Simultaneously, an investigation on collagen-induced rheumatoid arthritis rat model shows that the compound has relatively good anti-inflammatory action and can be used for preparing drugs for treating rheumatoid arthritis. |
