abstract The invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical chemistry synthesis, and specially relates to a 2,4-pyrimidinediamine compound, a preparation method and a application thereof. In-vitro experiments prove that the compound can significantly inhibit the activity of SYK kinase. Simultaneously, an investigation on collagen-induced rheumatoid arthritis rat model shows that the compound has relatively good anti-inflammatory action and can be used for preparing drugs for treating rheumatoid arthritis.
