abstract | The invention relates to a method for producing an aliphatic high-efficiency water-reducing agent by utilizing low-content sodium sulfite pentahydrate, which relates to the technical field of producing the aliphatic high-efficiency water-reducing agent and comprises the following steps of (1) feeding: putting water, caustic soda flakes, sodium pyrosulfite and the low-content sodium sulfite pentahydrate into a reaction kettle according to a certain proportion by weight, and uniformly stirring; (2) sulfonation: stirring for 30 minutes in the reaction kettle, slowly and dropwise adding acetone, and reacting for 1 hour; and (3) condensation: after the step (2), dropwise adding the acetone, then dropwise adding substances containing aldehyde groups for 4-5 hours, and then carrying out condensation reaction for 1.5-3 hours at the temperature of 90-95 DEG C. By adopting the method, the production cost can be lowered for enterprises , the waste of resources is reduced, the consumption of energy sources is reduced, the economic benefit is increased, industrial refuse is conveniently processed and reasonably utilized, the environment is protected, sustainable development can be realized, the heating of external equipment is not needed, low-temperature and normal-pressure production equipment is simple, and the process is convenient to control. |
