titleOfInvention Paecilomyces lilacinus fungal spore oil suspending agent and preparation method as well as application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a paecilomyces lilacinus fungal spore oil suspending agent and a preparation method as well as application thereof, belonging to the technical field of pesticides. The suspending agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 1-20 percent of paecilomyces lilacinus fungal spore powder, 10-30 percent of emulsifier, 2-10 percent of thickening agent, 3-15 percent of dispersant and 25-84 percent of plant oil. The preparation method comprises the following step of: stirring the various components weighed according to the proportion in a stirring machine under the condition of environmental temperature of not higher than 30 DEG C for 0.5-1 hour, grinding the various components weighed according to the proportion in a sand mill at the rotation speed of 1,000-15,000 r/min for 10-20 minutes or shearing the various components weighed according to the proportion in a high shear at the rotation speed of 10,000-50,000 r/min for 5-10 minutes to obtain the paecilomyces lilacinus fungal spore oil suspending agent. The suspending agent has the advantages of obvious prevention and treatment effect on nematode, long duration of pesticide effect, environmental friendliness, safety and capability of promoting plant growth.
