abstract The invention discloses a thyroperoxidase antibody homogeneous-phase luminescent immunoassay kit and a detection method thereof. The thyroperoxidase antibody homogeneous-phase luminescent immunoassay kit comprises a homogeneous-phase luminescent 96-pore determination plate, a thyroperoxidase antibody standard product, a streptavidin coated donor microsphere solution and a biotin labelled thyroperoxidase antigen, as well as a thyroperoxidase antigen coated receptor microsphere solution. The thyroperoxidase antigen in a sample is competitive with the thyroperoxidase antigen on the receptor microspheres to combine with the biotin labelled thyroperoxidase antigen. The detection method comprises the steps of measuring the luminescence signals of known standard products with different contents, drawing a standard curve and obtaining a mathematical function, and obtaining the content of unknown sample by the mathematical function. The detection method integrates the advantages of both enzyme immunoassay and chemiluminescence immunoassay, and accurately determines the level of the thyroperoxidase antibody in serum, is applied for screening, diagnosing and curative effect evaluation on high-risk groups with autoimmune thyroid disease.
