The invention provides a technology that the content detection of baicalin in Radix Scutellariae is changed to content detection of wogonoside in Radix Scutellariae, thereby a system of a traditional Chinese medicine quality control method, the technical method is novel, is especially used for the research results of the wogonoside content detection in Radix Scutellariae, the content detection index is stable, the long-term stability test proves that wogonoside is not decreased under base condition, and the product quality can be effectively monitored.
