abstract The invention discloses an environmentally-friendly method for additionally supplying water and power for a building and a system. The environmentally-friendly method for additionally supplying water and power for the building is characterized in that the rain is collected by a roof and is gathered into a reservoir via a rain pipe network; then the rain overflows into an electrochemical reaction rain pool via an overflow pipe; continuous rain flow pushes a hydraulic turbine generator to generate power; the tail water is discharged into a water storage pond via a water outlet pipeline; the building roof is provided with a wind driven generator and a solar cell panel; the wind driven generator, the solar cell panel and the output circuit of the hydraulic turbine generator are connected into a power distribution unit for complementary power generation; the power generation energy is stored in the storage cell used for processing rain quality; additional power supply is carried out to a user under the condition of abundant power energy; the rain in the reservoir and the water storage pool is used for supplementing common domestic water; and the rain in the electrochemical reaction rain pool is used for supplementing the domestic drinking water. The environmentally-friendly water supplementation and supply system has the advantages of environment protection, simple structure, investment saving, obvious economic and social benefit and has a good research and popularization value on the background of energy saving, emission reduction and water resource crisis.
