The composite-type terylene is prepared from raw materials of, by mass: 1-5% of a functional masterbatch, and balance of terylene slices. The functional masterbatch is composed of raw materials of, by mass: 1-5% of nano-grade bamboo charcoal, 1-5% of a flame-retarding antibiotic composite material, and balance of PTT slices. The preparation method of the composite-type terylene comprises the steps that: the two raw materials are subjected to melt spinning, wherein the spinneret is cross-shaped, such that the composite-type terylene is obtained. The method is advantaged in that: production can be carried out with existing processes; the application scope is wide; and the products have the functions of antibiosis, far infrared, gas permeation, moisture permeation, and the like.
