titleOfInvention Preparation method of halogen free flame retardation polypropylene bulked filament
abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of a halogen free flame retardation polypropylene bulked filament, which comprises the following steps: a) preparing the halogen free flame retardation master batch: taking 40-55% of polypropylene slices, 30-45% of composite halogen free fire retardant, 10-20% of solubilizing and dispersing agent in a high speed mixer, premixing through a high speed mixer and then adding into the double screw extruder, melting and mixing for granulation under the temperature of 210-230 DEG C to obtain the flame retardation master batch; b, spinning: mixing 15%-25% of flame retardation master batch and 75%-85% of polypropylene slices in proportion, spinning through BCF spinning machine set, employing a spinning technology which is same with a conventional method for polypropylene bulked filament to obtain the halogen free flame retardation polypropylene bulked filament, the quality index can satisfy the requirements for weaving and using the carpets and the limit oxygen index is between 28 and 32.
