abstract | The invention relates to a low-smoke flame-retardant epoxy-resin-containing composition with excellent wettability and permeability and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of high polymers. The composition is prepared from a resin component and a curing agent, wherein the resin component comprises the following components in parts by mass: 41-48 parts of epoxy resin, 9-18 parts of 1,4-butylene glycol diglycidyl ether, 35-56 parts of flame-retardant smoke suppressor and 1-3 parts of wetting dispersant; and the curing agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 88-92 parts of combined amines and 10-20 parts of tetramethyl-guanidine. The composition has favorable wettability and permeability for fiber textiles, and especially carbon textiles, can enable the flame-retardant smoke suppressor to smoothly permeate into the carbon fibers, and has the advantages of uniform distribution, favorable flame retardancy, low smoke and no combustion dripping. |
