titleOfInvention Ionized resin with high hardness and high elasticity, and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides an ionized resin with high hardness and high elasticity, and a preparation method thereof. The ionized resin comprises (by weight percent) 10 to 20% of polyethylene, 40 to 50% of ethylene-octene elastomer, 10 to 15% of methacrylic acid, 5 to 10% of white carbon black, 10 to 15% of zinc oxide, 1 to 2% of zinc stearate and 0.5 to 1% of the initiator 1,1-di-(tert-butylperoxy)-3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane. The hardness (Shore A) of the ionized resin is more than 95, resilience is more than 60% and tensile strength is greater than 15 MPa. The resin can be combinedly used with a variety of rubber to improve hardness and elasticity of a rubber product and enhance processing performance of a rubber compound at the same time, and can be combinedly used with a variety of plastics to improve toughness of the plastics.
