titleOfInvention Method for extracting corosolic acid from globeflower
abstract The invention belongs to the field of natural organic chemistry, and relates to a method for purifying corosolic acid in globeflower by using a microwave extraction-macroporous resin combined technology. The method is characterized in that: the purpose of the method is to overcome disadvantages of relatively low extraction rate, low extraction purity and the like of the conventional technology, and to provide a method for purifying corosolic acid in globeflower by using a microwave extraction-macroporous resin combined technology. The method has the following advantages that: the microwave extraction is adopted, such that advantages of low extraction temperature, high efficiency, short extraction time, and the like are provided, the corosolic acid extraction rate is substantially improved, and the extraction time is shortened; the macroporous resin is adopted to adsorb the corosolic acid, such that the good adsorption effect on the corosolic acid is provided; and an ethanol water solution is adopted to extract corosolic acid, such that the dissolving effect is good, the corosolic acid consumption is reduced, and the yield is increased.
