titleOfInvention Brass composite powder cocatalyst used for organosilicon monomer synthesis, and preparation method thereof.
abstract The invention relates to the field of cocatalysts used for the organosilicon monomer synthesis, and concretely relates to a brass composite powder cocatalyst and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: fully and uniformly mixing 43.5-67.5wt% of metallic Cu, 32.5-56.5wt% of metallic Zn, 0-5wt% of an Sn-containing substance and 0-10wt% of a P-containing substance; carrying out sintering treatment under the protection of a certain atmosphere, quenching, and carrying out aging treatment on the resulting alloy blocks; and crushing, grinding and screening to obtain the brass composite powder. The composite powder is a Cu-Zn solid solution, and the powder comprises an alpha phase and a beta phase; and when the composite powder is used as the cocatalyst of a Cu-based catalyst in a catalytic reaction of the organosilicon monomer synthesis, the composite powder enables the used Cu-based catalyst to have a high catalytic activity and a high dimethyldichlorosilane selectivity, so the composite powder is helpful for the improvement of the yield of the dimethyldichlorosilane, thereby the composite powder is in favor of the improvement of the treatment capability of present organosilicon monomer equipment, and the reduction of the production cost.
