titleOfInvention Fluorescence observation device
abstract Disclosed is a fluorescence observation device which is capable of eliminating the effect of the individual difference of the fluorescence intensity in fluorescence observation as soon as possible, and performing highly accurate observation even if patients differ. Employed is a fluorescence observation device (1) which is provided with a light source device (17) for generating illuminating light and excitation light with which a subject is irradiated, a white-light image data acquisition unit (29) for capturing an image of the reflected light from the subject of the illuminating light to generate a white-light image, a fluorescence image data acquisition unit (30) for capturing an image of the fluorescence generated in the subject by the excitation light to generate a fluorescence image, a quantification calculation unit (31); for calculating the normalized fluorescence intensity in which the luminance value of each of the pixels of the fluorescence image is normalized by the luminance value of each of the pixels of the corresponding white-light image, a standard data memory (34) for storing standard data indicating the correspondence relationship between standard normalized fluorescence intensity and the state of a subject, and an image correction calculating unit (35) for determining the state of a subject corresponding to each of the variations in the normalized fluorescence intensity on the basis of the minimum value of the normalized fluorescence intensity and the standard data.
