titleOfInvention Microbial transglutaminase and application thereof
abstract The invention provides novel MTG (microbial transglutaminase). An amino acid sequence of the MTG is shown as SEQ ID No.3, wherein amino acid at the 10th position refers to serine, histidine or threonine, amino acid at the 241st position refers to glycine, threonine or alanine, and amino acid at the 284th position refers to valine, tyrosine or alanine. The MTG has high specific activity at the normal temperature, is used for cross-linked gelatin and can be used as haemostatic materials.
