titleOfInvention Waterborne ultraviolet-heat double-curing polyaniline anticorrosive paint and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a waterborne ultraviolet-heat double-curing polyaniline anticorrosive paint and a preparation method thereof, which belong to the field of metal anticorrosive paint and solve the technical problem that the prior polyaniline anticorrosive paint irritates human skin and pollutes the environment due to use of diluent. The anticorrosive paint comprises the following components by weight portions: 4.9-62.5 portions of waterborne polyurethane acrylate oligomer, 9.3-43.1 portions of waterborne polyurethane resin, 10.2-46.6 portions of waterborne curing agent, 0.3-6.6 portions of waterborne conducting polyaniline powder, 0.7-7.3 portions of photoinitiator, 0.2-1.9 portions of waterborne leveling agent and 0.3-1.5 portions of waterborne antifoaming agent. The pot life of the anticorrosive paint is up to six hours, the ultraviolet curing process is completed within 15-30 seconds, the heat curing process is completed within 2-5 minutes at lower temperature of 45-60 DEG C, the salt-spray resistance experiment exceeds 570 hours, no reactive diluent exists, and the anticorrosive paint is environment-friendly.
