abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of modified aluminum silicate for a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) profile. The preparation method comprises the following steps of orderly adding a silane coupling agent A151, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and acetic acid into a specialized reactor according to a certain ratio, stirring at a room temperature to obtained a mixed solution, orderly adding the mixed solution, an aluminate coupling agent DL-481 and 6000 meshes of aluminum silicate powder into a high-speed mixer, wherein the aluminate coupling agent DL-481 and 6000 meshes of the aluminum silicate powder are weighted according to a certain ratio, and carrying out heating mixing stirring to obtain the modified aluminum silicate. The modified aluminum silicate can be used in a PVC profile and the PVC profile adopting the modified aluminum silicate has a cost reduced by 4 to 6% and ageing resistance improved by 1.5 times.
