titleOfInvention Method for reducing viscosity of organic silicone emulsion
abstract A method for reducing viscosity of organic silicone emulsion is provided. Silicon polyether, an organic solvent and water are compounded to serve as a diluent in the process of preparing the organic silicone emulsion. Due to the fact that the silicon polyether has emulsifying and defoaming effects and the organic solvent has a dispersing effect, the viscosity of the obtained organic silicone emulsion is greatly reduced. The organic silicone emulsion can quickly disperse in a foaming system. When spread out on a liquid surface, the emulsion particles in contact with foam are uniform in distribution, contact area between the emulsion particles and the foam is increased, and thus defoaming performance is improved. Due to low viscosity, the organic silicone emulsion is easy to dilute on the site, possibility of the problem of silicon spots generated by demulsification due to excessive mixing is reduced, and safety performance of the organic silicone emulsion is finally improved.
