titleOfInvention | Silver-phosphate antibacterial material and preparation and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a silver-phosphate antibacterial material and preparation and application thereof. The antibacterial silver-phosphate material belongs to the silver phosphate of the cubic system, has a Y-shaped form from the microcosmic aspect and comprises three combined silver phosphate molecules, of which the grain sizes are 700 nm to 850 nm. The preparation is as follows: preparing silver acetate first, and then preparing silver phosphate through the silver acetate; dropping sodium acetate solution in the silver nitrate solution under the condition of magnetic agitation, and then dropping potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution under the condition of magnetic agitation, wherein the substance amount ratio of the added silver nitrate to the added sodium hydrogen carbonate to the added potassium dihydrogen phosphate is 2:3:1; after the dropping, continuing the magnetic agitation to obtain precipitants; cleaning the precipitants centrifugally by deionized water and ethanol respectively; and finally, dissolving the product in water, and freezing and drying the product to obtain dark yellow powder, namely the antibacterial silver-phosphate material. As an active ingredient, the antibacterial silver-phosphate material is used for preparing the fungicide of Gram-negative bacteria. The preparation method is simple, has mild conditions, and is easy to operate and favorable for the wide application to productive practices. |
