abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing cadmium metal nano particles by laser. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing 0.5 volume percent of ethanol oleate solution; (2) putting a clean cadmium target into a beaker containing the ethanol oleate solution, so that the distance between the surface of the solution and the upper surface of the target is 5 millimeters; and (3) acting on the cadmium target in the solution by using nanosecond pulse laser for 0.5 to 2 minutes, and purifying to obtain the cadmium nano particles. The invention provides a method for preparing the cadmium nano particles, which is simple, quick, low in pollution and high in universality, and the obtained products are dispersed uniformly. |
