titleOfInvention | Triggerable and disposable microchip liquid pump based on chemical reaction |
abstract | The invention relates to a triggerable and disposable microchip liquid pump based on chemical reaction, which comprises a solution filling tank 1 and an acidic solution tank 2. One end of the solution filling tank 1 is communicated with one end of the acidic solution tank 2 through micrometer tubes. A fluorosilane modified front small micrometer tube array 3 is arranged at the other end of the acidic solution tank 2 and is communicated with one end of an intermediate tank 4. A fluorosilane modified rear small micrometer tube array 5 is arranged at the other end of the intermediate tank 4 and can isolate liquid which flows into the intermediate tank 4 under the effect finger pressure. The rear small micrometer tube array 5 is connected with a gas guide passage and a gas guide passage 7 which generate gas. The triggerable and disposable microchip liquid pump based on chemical reaction is used as a part of a chip which is required to be driven by liquid and is designed and produced in a microchip. As long as the concentration of filling solution is changed and the quantity of solid reaction materials is enabled to be excessive, the driving effect to quantified liquid with different volumes can be realized and the chip structure and the finger tip pressure are not required to be changed. The invention additionally discloses a production method of the disposable microchip liquid pump. |
