The taste-masking particles comprise common andrographis herb extract powder, mixed extract powder, acetaminophen, amantadine hydrochloride, chlorpheniramine maleate, acesulfame potassium, and a coating material; and the coating material comprises a film forming material, plasticizer and an antistatic agent. The compound common andrographis herb particles are coated by the compound coating material, so that the bitter taste and the peculiar smell of common andrographis herb extract, amantadine hydrochloride, chlorpheniramine maleate and the like are completely masked, and the medicine taking compliance is improved. The taste-masking particles also can be used for preparing various dry suspensions which are suitable for special crowds of children, the old and the like. The preparation process is relatively simple, and the compound common andrographis herb taste-masking particles are obvious in effect and are easy to industrially produce.
