abstract The invention discloses a total chlorine-free bleaching method for pinus massoniana explosion pulp. The method comprises the following steps of: filling a chelating agent (opal or sodium aluminosilicate) into a polyethylene bag filled with a certain quantity of pinus massoniana explosion pulp, and chelating for 20 to 40 minutes at the temperature of between 30 and 50 DEG C; washing the chelated pulp by using water of 30 to 50 DEG C; adding a bleaching aid and a H2O2 bleaching agent into the washed pulp, regulating the concentration of the pulp to be 10-25 percent by adding water, and bleaching for 30 to 60 minutes at the temperature of between 50 and 80 DEG C; washing with water of 50 to 80 DEG C, adding a bleaching aid and a peroxyacetic acid bleaching agent into the washed pulp, regulating the concentration of the pulp to be 10-25 percent by adding water, and bleaching for 30 to 60 minutes at the temperature of between 50 and 80 DEG C; and obtaining and washing finished pulp. By the method, the bleaching efficiency is improved, environment pollution is reduced, the whiteness of the finished pulp can be improved by 46.4 percent ISO, and the bleaching time can be shortened by 30 to 60 minutes.
