abstract The invention relates to Streptomyces fujianensis sp (Js-1T for short) and a DNA identification method. The Js-1T has very strong inhibitory effect on the growth of fungi and bacteria. The DNA identification method for the Js-1T has the characteristics of being true, reliable and open-and-shut and is simple in operation and short in detection time; and compared with the classical morphological identification, the method has the advantages that errors are minor, and the judgment is more visual.
