titleOfInvention | Bacillus amyloliquefaciens subsp. plantarum and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses Bacillus amyloliquefaciens subsp. plantarum. The classified nomenclature of the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens subsp. plantarum is Bacillus amyloliquefaciens subsp. plantarum B203; the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens subsp. plantarum was collected in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on May 25, 2012; and the collection number is CGMCC No. 6156. The Bacillus amyloliquefaciens subsp. plantarum is mainly used for biological control of strawberry anthracnose. The Bacillus amyloliquefaciens subsp. plantarum B203 has a remarkable inhibitory effect on Colletotrichum fragaliae Brooks, strawberry Botrytis cinerea and various pathogenic fungi of poplar canker, and the antagonistic bacterium also has a good control effect on various other plant diseases; the propagation speed is high; the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens subsp. plantarum can be manually cultured, is easy to operate, and can be conveniently produced and applied; the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens subsp. plantarum has the advantages of high stress resistance and the like, and has an important significance for controlling the strawberry anthracnose caused by fungi; and culture conditions are simple, and the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens subsp. plantarum is easy to preserve, can be industrially produced easily, and has a good development and application prospect. |
