With the adoption of the suspension producing process and powder grinding and emulsifying equipment, the functional antioxidant is further produced into an aqueous emulsion type neoprene antioxidant system product. Adding 0.75-1.89% of aqueous emulsion type neoprene antioxidant system product provided by the invention in the process of preparing a neoprene product sample, the appearance and color,mooney viscosity, peeling strength, viscosity performance indexes of the solution are relatively stable in a hot air aging test under the temperature of 70 DEG C. |
