titleOfInvention Heat-absorption temperature-lowering composition and preparation method thereof
abstract A heat-absorption temperature lowering composition is obtained through fully mixing raw materials in a high-speed dispersion machine and filling the mixed material into a molding die by a grouting machine for formation, wherein the raw materials are in weight parts as follows: 100 parts of A component, 20-30 parts of B component, and 0.1-0.3 parts of cool finishing agent; the A component is prepared by the following raw materials in weight parts: 80-100 parts of polyurethane performed polymer, and 0.3-0.5 parts of plasticizer; and the B component is prepared by the following raw material in weight parts: 18-19 parts of active hydrogen curing agent, 18-20 parts of plasticizer, 0.01-0.2 parts of catalyzer, 3-5 parts of ultraviolet light stabilizing agent, and 7-10 parts of thermal oxidativestabilizing agent. The eat-absorption temperature lowering composition can be widely applied to various temperature-lowering new products such as ice cushions, ice pillows, ice sleeping mats and the like, not only ensures a tight sleep for people in hot summer and enables the living to more comfortable and happier for people, but also saves resources fundamentally, and makes contributions to low carbon and environment protection.
