titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of illegal cooking oil modified light-cured resin
abstract The invention provides a manufacturing method of illegal cooking oil modified light-cured resin. The method comprises the following steps of: (1)adding refined illegal cooking oil, glycerin, an inhibitor and a catalyst into a kettle, leading nitrogen, raising the temperature to the range of 200-230 DEG C, incubating for 1-4 hours, performing alcoholysis reaction, sampling to measure the ratio of alcohol hydrolyzate and anhydrous ethanol to be 1:9 and keep transparent and clear as an alcoholysisendpoint; (2) cooling to the temperature of 180 DEG C, adding acrylic acid and anhydride to conduct esterification reaction to synthesize photocurable prepolymer, making viscosity being 300-500''/Tu 4/25 DEG C and the acid value being less than or equal to 20KOHmg/g as control endpoint, diluting with styrene added with the inhibitor when reaching the endpoint of the reaction; and (3) diluting photocurable resin with active solvent which is added with photoinitiator and inhibitor to mix uniform when using. The light-cured resin provided by the invnetion has excellent performance and low price which can be made into photocurable coating, ink and adhesive, and is especially suitable for using as wood primer because of the advantages of convenience for construction, rapid drying process and capability of increasing the productivity. The invention opens up a new path for high-added-value utilization of the illegal cooking oil.
