titleOfInvention Method for recovering sludge protein through ultrasonic gradient hydrolysis
abstract The invention provides a method for recovering sludge protein through ultrasonic gradient hydrolysis and relates to a method for recovering the sludge protein. The method aims at solving the problems of lower recovery rate and higher energy consumption of the existing method for recovering protein through synergistically treating sludge by alkali and ultrasound. The method comprises the following steps that after the pH value of dehydrated sludge is regulated, ultrasonic radiation is carried out, sludge mixed liquid is obtained, and centrifugal liquid A and precipitation A are obtained through centrifugation; hydrochloric acid is added into the centrifugal liquid A, and filter slag A and filter liquid A are obtained through filtering; the filter liquid A is added into the precipitation A, the ultrasonic radiation is carried out after the pH value regulation, secondary sludge mixing liquid is obtained, and centrifugal liquid B and precipitation B are obtained through centrifugation; the hydrochloric acid is added into the centrifugal liquid B, and filter slag B and filter liquid B are obtained through filtering; and the filter slags A and B are dried, and crude sludge protein is obtained. Compared with the ordinary ultrasonic single radiation method, the method has the advantages that 13 percent to 35 percent of energy consumption can be reduced, the recovery rate of the protein is improved by 18 percent to 24 percent, and the sludge decrement rate is increased by 26 percent to 32 percent. The method is used for recovering the sludge protein.
