The invention discloses novel antibacterial acyl-phenoxy acetic acid, acyl-cinnamic acid, and preparation methods of the antibacterial acyl-phenoxy acetic acid and the acyl-cinnamic acid and belongs to the field of drug synthesis. A series of acyl-phenoxy acetic acid compound, acyl-cinnamic acid compound and cinnamon hydroxamic acid compound with novel structures are synthetized by a simple method, and these compounds play obvious inhibitory actions on Gram negative bacteria escherichia coli and Gram positive bacteria staphylococcus aureus and can be developed into novel broad-spectrum germifuga. These compounds can generate the antibacterial effect by restraining the action of Mur enzyme (MurA and MurZ). |
