abstract The invention provides a method for separating and purifying phloretin. Sorbomalus plant first, the purity of the prepared phloretin can reach over 98 percent, and the phloretin is high in recovery rate; and the method provides a new way for the separation and puridicaiton of the phloretin, and basis is established for research on the exclusive components of the Malus toringoides(Rehd.) Hughes. and the Malus tiansitoria(Batal.)Schneid. simultaneously.
