titleOfInvention Method for separating acetone-tetrahydrofuran mixture through extractive distillation
abstract The invention discloses a method for separating acetone-tetrahydrofuran mixture through extractive distillation. The method comprises: saturated fat hydrocarbon or fat ether is utilized to serve as an extracting agent, the acetone-tetrahydrofuran mixture to be separated enters an extractive distillation tower with 30-60 theoretical plates from a 15-40<th> theoretical plate, the extracting agent enters the extractive distillation tower from a 5-20<th> theoretical plate, acetone is separated out from the top of the extractive distillation tower, the extracting agent and tetrahydrofuran separated out from the bottom of the extractive distillation tower enter an extracting agent recovery tower with 12-40 theoretical plates from a 6-20<th> theoretical plate, the tetrahydrofuran is separated out from the top of the extracting agent recovery tower, and the extracting agent is separated out from the bottom of the extracting agent recovery tower to be recycled. The method has the advantages of being low in energy consumption, high in product purity and recovery rate, simple in process, safe, environment-friendly, free of pollution and capable of achieving cleaner production.
