titleOfInvention Process for producing compound fertilizer anti-blocking agent by utilizing illegal cooking oil
abstract A process for producing a compound fertilizer anti-blocking agent by utilizing illegal cooking oil comprises the steps of A sedimentation of the illegal cooking oil, B decolorizing, deodorization and ammonolysis and C low-energy emulsification reaction, wherein the intermediate products are pumped into an emulsifying kettle, an emulsifying agent, namely nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, benzyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether benzene or ethylphenol polyoxyethylene ether is added into the emulsifying kettle, the temperature is improved to be 30-60 DEG C, stirring is performed for 2-8 hours, diethanol amine is added dropwise and slowly to perform dilution in the condition that the temperature is kept after emulsification, and the emulsion compound fertilizer anti-blocking agent is obtained finally. The process for producing the compound fertilizer anti-blocking agent by utilizing the illegal cooking oil has the advantages of reducing pollution, turning waste into wealth, simplifying production process and reducing the cost.
