titleOfInvention Production method of selenium-rich high-quality honeysuckle
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of plant cultivation, and provides a production method of selenium-rich high-quality honeysuckle. The production method comprises the following steps of: mixing farmyard manure and sodium selenite, and applying the mixture onto a root part of the honeysuckle when in budding dates of the honeysuckle; adding rare earth micronutrients, sodium selenite, sodium hydrogen sulfite and surface active agent into water, stirring and dissolving, and spraying the dissolved mixture onto leaf surfaces when in honeysuckle flourishing period and bud stage; and airing the collected honeysuckle to obtain a honeysuckle product. Due to a rear earth-amino acid binary coordination compound, the function of a plant growth regulator is achieved; the content of heavy metal ion is reduced; the contents of effective component chlorogenic acid and galuteolin are improved; the yield and the quality of the honeysuckle are improved further; and the sodium hydrogen sulfite provides an acid environment for the honeysuckle, so that the absorption on selenium elements is promoted. The production method of the selenium-rich high-quality honeysuckle adopts a biotransformation method so as to transform inorganic selenium to organic selenium; solves the problem that the honeysuckle produced by a traditional planting method only contains basic effective components, so as not to reach the aim of supplement of selenium after being eaten; and can be used for batch production of the honeysuckle.
