titleOfInvention Microecologic preparation for preventing meat duck diarrhoea and preparation method of microecologic preparation
abstract The invention belongs to the field of feed additives and relates to a microecologic preparation for preventing meat duck diarrhoea and a preparation method of the microecologic preparation. The microecologic preparation is bacillus subtilis, the viable bacterium number of the bacillus subtilis is greater than or equal to 15 thousand million/g, and the water content is lower than or equal to 10 percent. The preparation method of the microecologic preparation comprises the following steps of (1) Chinese herbal medicine culture liquid preparation; and (2) bacillus subtilis production by a solid fermentation method: traditional Chinese herbal medicine culture liquid is used as a culture medium, 2 to 3ml of bacillus subtilis strains are inoculated in per 100ml of the traditional Chinese herbalmedicine culture liquid, the bacillus subtilis strains are subjected to expansion culture, the drying in the air and the crushing are carried out after the solid fermentation, the bacillus subtilis is obtained, the heating is carried out for 30 minutes at 80 DEG C, the bacillus subtilis and the number of the bacillus subtilis are determined through microscopic examination, finally, the viable bacterium number of the bacillus subtilis meeting the requirements is greater than or equal to 15 thousand million/g, and the water content is lower than or equal to 10 percent. The microecologic preparation can replace antibiotic type feed additives, the meat duck diarrhoea can be effectively prevented, the feed utilization rate is improved, the feed meet ratio is reduced, the drug residue is avoided, and green and environment-friendly effects are realized.
