abstract The invention discloses a sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) inhibitor for preventing palladium catalyst poisoning during hydrogen peroxide production process, belonging to the technical field of industrial chemicals. The SRB inhibitor is prepared from sodium carbonate, sodium nitrate, calcium oxide and trisodium phosphate by proportionally and sequentially adding aqueous solutions of each component into hydrogen cabinet water, and circulating with a pump to prepare into uniform solution. The inventive inhibitor can effectively suppress SRB survival in hydrogen cabinet water tank, reduce hydrogen sulfide generation, prevent palladium catalyst poisoning during hydrogen peroxide production process, reduce production equipment corrosion, and lower hydrogen peroxide production cost.
