titleOfInvention Lupus anticoagulant (LA) screening and determining reagent kit (freezing method)
abstract The invention discloses a reagent for screening and determining lupus anticoagulant (LA) in blood plasma by a dilution viper venom test method. The LA screening and determining reagent comprises viper venom blood clotting factor X activating agents, rapeseed phosphatide and calcium ions. The rapeseed phosphatide replaces the animal cephalin in the prior art, the proper addition quantity is low, and the rapeseed phosphatide has higher specificity and sensitivity for LA. The LA screening and determining reagent has the advantages of good specificity, high sensitivity, high stability and high detection feasibility degree.
