The invention discloses a method for replacing a culture medium in perfusion-type cell culture, comprising the following steps: (1) cooling: reducing the temperature of the culture medium to 4-15 DEG C, wherein the culture medium is in a cell culture pot; (2) feeding oxygen: feeding oxygen till the dissolved oxygen content of the culture medium reaches 150-250% (mg/L); and (3) replacing the culture medium: stopping stirring, settling cells for 0-48 h, extracting the resulting supernatant, and adding the fresh culture medium. The invention also discloses a stir-type cell culture pot, and a cell culture method. The culture method of the invention can overcome shortcomings of the prior perfusion-type cell culture methods including complicated equipment and high cost, thereby possessing practical application values. |
