The invention relates to an enterovirus 71 neutralized epitope polypeptide and application thereof, particularly an enterovirus 71 neutralized epitope polypeptide, a conservative variant or active fragment thereof, a correlative coding sequence thereof, a fusion protein or coupling substance, and application of the polypeptide in prevention or diagnosis. The invention also provides a monoclonal antibody for specifically identifying the neutralized epitope polypeptide, and application thereof for diagnosing or treating hand-foot-mouth disease. |
